Just when we thought their
performance couldn't get any worse, Dem leaders in the Senate are
trying to attach controversial "hate crimes" legislation to the Iraq
funding bill. George Michael fans everywhere are rejoicing.
Ladies and gentlemen, witness the damage that can be done when Dems are
elected for just one turn at the wheel. (Jimmy Carter, anyone?)
International security now takes a backseat to legislation which many
believe will open the door to pastors and broadcasters being prosecuted
for daring to question the morality of homosexuality on biblical
grounds.
Why don't you write "W" and tell him to veto this drivel. In the meantime, email your Reps and Senators
and tell them to pulverize the Dems for daring to hold up funding for
our troops for a blatant curtsie to San Francisco fashionistas and
Hollywood libs.
Where's the line-item veto when you need it?!?
